The Pennsylvania Association of Public Cyber Charter Schools (PAPCCS) is a statewide organization dedicated to representing, supporting, and advocating for Pennsylvania’s public cyber charter schools and the students and families they serve.
We believe every child deserves access to a high-quality public education that meets their unique needs, and every parent deserves the freedom to choose the educational environment where their child can thrive.
PAPCCS works to protect and strengthen public cyber charter schools through legislative advocacy, public education, and engagement with policymakers, community leaders, and other stakeholders. We champion policies that preserve educational choice, promote innovation, and ensure public cyber charter schools can continue providing meaningful educational opportunities to students across the commonwealth.
We are equally committed to promoting an accurate understanding of public cyber charter education. By challenging misinformation, addressing misconceptions, and highlighting the experiences and achievements of students, families, and educators, we work to foster informed discussions about the important role public cyber charter schools play in Pennsylvania’s public education system.
